At the end of May we took a trip down to Snowflake. Here Grandma is giving all the grandkids a ride. The ride turned a little unexpected as the 4 wheeler had troubles and eventually after a 30 min. delay at a lady's house they returned safely. Grandma gave back with Fischer on her lap and a trailer full of thirsty kids.
This is the Hansen family, our Homeschool Buddies. We are at the Rosenbruch Museum, it is full of real stuffed animals. One of our last end of year activities. All of those except one are our kids! Pretty Crazy and Fun.
While the boys went to Fathers and Sons the girls (us and Hansens) decided to go Fancy Nancy Style out to eat. We graced Red Robin with our royal beautiful selves and had a great time. The dolling-up process took quite awhile but the girls had a ball. As we waited for our table they were dancing outside of the restaraunt. Twirling and dipping each other. It was MY favorite Fathers and Sons. Oh afterwards we went to DI in search of dressups/costumes for the girls. FYI- Fancy Nancy is a childrens book character that loves everything to be fancy and to go everywhere fancy.
This man is Matt Clark. He is a professional artist with a blow torch. He makes amazing scultures by welding. He gave us a tour of his shop and yard which is full of his creations. Some abstract, some whimsical. It was a delight. My favorites are the creations he makes out of misc. pieces of metal. The kids are on a plane he made for his son. He has beautiful lizard like cowboys made from loader teeth, cable you name it any piece of metal has a home here.
We were at Arby's and all 8 of us were making our usual noise and this old man comes up and tells us how good it is to see a large family with such cute kids, (we do not get that very often). We start to visit with him and find out he is THE man that discovered our local dinosaur bones to what has become Johnson's Dinosaur Museum here in St. George. He was a darling of an old man and so tender. He got all choked up as he talked about our kids and his kids. It was the most enjoyable Arby's experience I have ever had.

What a cute family you have, good to see that everything is going well. That cute old man is my grandpa and he sure is a great guy!
