Curse of the Third Strikes Again

This year Aaron participated in his first School Science Fair. His project was called Magic Beans. His question, Do normal brownies taste better than bean brownies? Bean Brownies? Yes, black beans actually. Black beans can be substituted for the oil and eggs in a brownie mix. You have to mash the beans very well for the best results. He tested both brownies on Scott's young men. Our final results.....They are not that bad. The texture is different but the brownies were still very good. Now you know! For his experiment he placed 3rd! in his grade level.
A few weeks ago was the school Track Meet and you guessed it! His relay team placed third in their grade. I have cursed my poor children! Now it is a running joke in our family we can all laugh at instead of cry at.
