Brinlie kindly "suggested" to me about three weeks ago that I really should update our blog. Here it is in all its glory.
We took a trip to Las Vegas to visit our great friends the Jones' who now live there. Tann is a recent addition to the Air Force serving as a dentist. We were lucky enough to go into Nellis Air Force Base and see big jets and hear loud noises. Aaron is pictured with Tann. Aaron has had a tooth that has not wanted to come out even though the one to follow it had grown in. Yup, weird. Dr. Tann actually he is Captain Jones pulled Aaron's tooth free of charge! He worked and wiggled on it for a long time and eventually yank! it was out. The best part no bill and no funny numb lip. We also visited an aquarium and had a fun time swimming with our friends. Below- At the base they have old jets on display from the Vietnam and Korean wars. Emma did not like the loud noise of jets taking off.
Emma is a hoot, even more so than normal. She is a singing girl. Always singing something. Current Favorites are "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth," " I'm getting nuttin for Christmas," "Run Run Reindeer," "Do a deer a female deer..." and many others that strike her fancy.
We destroyed our cornfield. Well our kids destroyed it after the corn had done its job. They pretended they were Sand people off of Star Wars.
Derek and Emily helped too!
