Snowflake Visitors

Grandma and Grandpa Brimhall, Aunt Jeanie, and cousin Derek came for a visit. At an early morning trip to Lowes Grandpa, Grandma, and Aaron found a killer deal on a porch swing and snatched it for us. Grandpa was very patient and instructed Aaron on how to put it together. So now we are the proud swingers of a porch swing. We have loved relaxing, visiting, and watching the cars go by already.

Aunt Jeanie put make-up on the girls and they watched in awe as she applied her own. Jeanie and Brinlie also danced in the kitchen, rode scooters, played spy in Tia Pan Trading, swung on the swings at the park, and watched a movie.

Carter and Derek battled with light sabers, jumped on the tramp and took turns chasing each other around the house- one as the bad guy, one as the good, then they swapped. Everyone misses Derek and his constant singing. While here Derek took a little spill on the fence out front and cut his head just above his eye brow. Boy was he tough!

Mom and Dad came with Scott and I to our dance class and brushed up on their Cha Cha skills. But, before we went to our class, we had to sample the best french fries in St. George at Iceberg. Along with a Raspberry shake. It was a fun evening.

Sunday A, B, and C had their primary program at church. There was a little tension as Derek, Emma, and Darylyn had to shuffle/share the laps of Jeanie, Grandpa, and Grandma during sacrament. Afterwards it was time to say goodbye and let them head home to Snowflake. Everyone was sad they had to go. When we returned home from church we found a Halloween decoration on the piano that Grandma had left for us. Later that evening Carter very sadly said, "Every time I look at the Boo sign I think of Grandma and miss her..." He is a very sentimental little boy.
